In this seminar, you will:

  • Identify the five wishes.
  • Participants will be able to identify the five guiding principals
    for End of Life Care based on the Minnesota Framework.
  • Identify the general eligibility criteria for hospice.
  • Identify the main psychological and spiritual needs of person’s with Alzheimer’s and
    how to meet those needs to maintain the personhood of those with advanced AD.
